At COURTNEY MC, we create hand-made, one-off pieces. Each garment is up-cycled, and all limited edition t-shirts are unique due to the artisanal process . This No Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency regarding our policies related to garment purchases.

1.1. Our No Refund Policy applies to all garments purchased from COURTNEY MC.

1.2. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this policy.

2.1. This No Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2.2. The policy does not apply to garments that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We will address such cases separately under our Warranty and Replacement Policy.

3.2. Change of mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or decide that you no longer want the purchased garment.

3.4. Improper care: Failure to follow the garment care instructions provided by us may result in damage, discoloration, or shrinkage of the garment. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds.

4. Store Credit:

4.1. Instead of refunds, we offer store credit for returned garments that adhere to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

4.2. Store credit can be used towards future purchases from COURTNEY MC.

4.3. Store credit is non-transferable and has no expiration date.

5. Return Policy:

5.1. For eligible garments, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt.

5.2. Returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

5.3. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
